E 3 - S O N Y

- Team ICO and Fumito Ueda announced a new PS3 action adventure game called The Last Guardian.

- Sony announced that PSP Go will launch in North America on October 1, 2009, for $249.99, Gran Turismo PSP will be a launch title with PSP Go.

- Sony announced that Gran Turismo PSP will run at 60fps, with 800 vehicles, 35 tracks and 60 track layouts. The single player mode will have time trials and a mode to improve driving skills. Up to 4 players can race against each other over Ad-Hoc, you can share and trade cars between friends.

- Sony revealed a new motion controller which uses PlayStation Eye to track movements, the control has a glowing globe at the end. A demo of Tennis, Desert Eagle, and a first person shooter game was demonstrated at the conference. The device is scheduled to release in spring 2010.

- Konami announced Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for PSP, a sequel to Metal Gear Solid 3, which takes place 10 years after MGS3, and you play as Solid Snake. The story will take place in Caribbean and other Latin America areas. The enemy is an airborne Metal Gear.

- Capcom announced Resident Evil Portable for PSP, it is uncertain whether it is a remake or a spin-off of the original.

- Sony's Hot Shot Tennis will be coming to PSP.

- Capcom confirmed that Lost Planet 2 will be coming to PS3 in early 2010.

- Rockstar Games announced a new PS3 exclusive title called Agent, which will take players all around the globe in the shadowy world of late 1970s espionage.

- Square Enix announced Final Fantasy XIV will be coming exclusively to PlayStation 3 in 2010, it will be an MMORPG.

- Sony's United Front Studios from Vancouver announced Mod Nation Racers for PS3, a fully customizable kart racer in the fashion of Little Big Planet, allowing tracks, characters and weapon creation. The game will be released in 2010.
